Traditions of America – Proposed 55+ Community along Snyder Road
Traditions of America has proposed a 55+ community on a 90-acre farm along Snyder Road. They are requesting the property to be rezoned from Agricultural (A) to Low Density Residential (R-1). They are also requesting a text amendment to the Zoning Ordinance. A public hearing is scheduled for March 16, 2026, with location to be determined.
